Twitch Summer Drops Fest 2026 is now live — running July 10 through July 24. The annual promotion brings together 45+ game publishers offering hundreds of free in-game rewards to viewers who watch Twitch streams.

From watch-time requirements to new subscription drops, the breadth of games and rewards is staggering. Whether you're into competitive shooters, RPGs, MMOs, or indie titles, there's something to claim during this two-week window.

How to Claim Drops

Watch Drops

Find a streamer in your game's category and watch for the required hours. Drops automatically deliver to your in-game account once the watch time is met.

Sub Drops

Subscribe (new sub, multi-month, or gift sub) to eligible streamer channels to unlock rewards instantly. Prime Gaming subs and renewal subs do not qualify.

Why This Matters for Streamers & Publishers

Summer Drops Fest is a critical engagement driver. For publishers, it boosts viewership across their game categories. For streamers, it guarantees audience turnout — viewers know rewards are available, so they actively seek out Twitch streams in those categories.

The promotion runs during the summer gaming lull when competition for attention is higher. By coordinating 45+ titles under one banner, Twitch creates a powerful flywheel effect: more viewers watching, more concurrent streamers, more content variety, and sustained engagement across the platform.

FAQ

Do I need Twitch Prime to get drops?

No. Prime Gaming subs do not qualify for sub drops, but you can earn drops via watch time alone on most campaigns.

Can I earn drops on my alternate account?

Drops are tied to your linked in-game account. As long as you're logged into Twitch and your game account is linked, drops will go to the correct account.

How long do I have to watch to earn a drop?

Each campaign specifies its watch-time requirement — typically 1–6 hours per reward. Check the Drops calendar for your game.

Do the drops expire?

No expiration. Once a drop is claimed, it's yours permanently in-game.

Ready to claim your rewards?

Visit the Twitch Drops page, link your game accounts, and start watching. Summer Drops Fest ends July 24.
