What Is the Club Partner Program?
Now in its third edition, the Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) Club Partner Program is a $20 million initiative designed to create a sustainable and globally connected esports ecosystem. Each selected club receives up to $1 million in funding along with strategic guidance and international exposure.
Over the past three years, the Foundation has distributed over $100 million to clubs through the Club Partner Program and Club Championship combined — empowering teams to enhance competitive operations, marketing efforts, and fan engagement.
How Clubs Are Selected
Clubs are selected based on an annual review of competitive results, fan engagement, and evaluation of strategic vision and marketing proposals. Eight clubs received direct invitations through the 2025 EWC Club Championship final standings, while the remaining spots were filled via an open application process that attracted more than 150 applicants worldwide.
